Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves in our flexibility, and making things as easy for you as possible. There are no contracts, and you are free to cancel at any time with no notice or penalty. You are always charged one week in advance for your sessions, so please keep that in mind when determining your cancellation date. If you have a date that you want for your last session, just email us and we’ll take care of the rest.

We are confident in our services, and our ability to help anybody make reading progress. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your first lesson, we will refund it and immediately cancel your plan without any further payments.
Rescheduling a Lesson
Please contact your tutor as soon as possible if you are unable to make a lesson and need to reschedule. If at least 24 hours notice is given, there is never any penalty to reschedule. We understand this may not always be possible in cases of emergency or if suddenly getting sick. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a tutor will make every effort to reschedule. But please understand that our tutors have full schedules, and there is significant prep time that goes into lessons before they actually take place. If lessons are consistently missed with less than 24 hours notice given, the tutor reserves the right to cancel the lesson.
